Crazy yet humanitarian
The woman who once wore a vial of Billy Bob Thorton's blood around her neck is now set to adopt a second child, this one from Ethiopia.
Hadosh [Halefom, head of the country's state-run adoption agency] said Jolie had met the 10 conditions for adopting a child from Ethiopia.
"The two most important are economic capabilities and check with the police," Hadosh said. "Although she is a film star, she still has to meet the same requirements as everybody else."

i'm pretty sure she's proven herself to be a different person these days. i'm sure we've all done crazy things in our pasts that don't necessarily mean we're not good enough to be a parent.
